Once again, this web based survey application is FREE for anyone who has the need to create on-line survey but don't have the budget to buy it.  All we ask is that you abide the rule of copyrights and don't abuse this wonderful tool which costs us over 2,000 man hours to develop.  However, a small donation is much appreciated but not required.

If you would like to customize any of the features to meet your specific needs,  our staff & volunteers would be very happy to help with a small service fee.  We all have bills to pay.
